21 year old female with no past medical history other than recent COVID-19 infection diagnosed approximately 3 weeks prior to presentation, who presented to the ED with sudden onset facial and leg swelling one week ago. 08/26/2021
22 y/o female with a PMH of hidradenitis suppurativa on chronic doxycycline, HbSC with infrequent flare ups, asthma, and migraines who presented to the ED with two days of headache, vomiting, associated photophobia, chills, and eye pain. 02/24/2021 to 02/24/2022
29 year old African American male with PMH of HTN, diagnosed 1 year ago when he presented to the ED with URI symptoms. 06/03/2021 to 06/03/2022
35 years old female G1P0 (27w), with no significant PMH, presented with SOB, fever and cough. She tested positive for COVID 19 and Influenza and was found to have Ogilvie’s syndrome. 02/18/2021 to 02/18/2022
44M w/ PMH of ESRD s/p cadaveric renal transplant 11/6/15 complicated by antibody mediated rejection, HTN, PE (negative hypercoagulable workup) who presented with a two day history of fever and dysuria 12/02/2021
48-year-old female with past medical history of anxiety, major depressive disorder with psychotic features, hypothyroidism presented to the ED after her family found her somnolent. 09/02/2021
51 yo M initially seen in the renal clinic for nephrolithiasis, was found to have CKD III. He had a baseline Scr of 1.0 (4/2019), worsened to Scr ~1.6 in 2020. Admits to “stacking” /anabolic steroid use in late 2019, as well as NSAID use. 04/29/2021 to 04/29/2022
57 yo M with history of alcohol abuse, depression, prior episode of severe electrolyte abnormalities 06/24/2021 to 06/24/2022
58 year old male with PMH of HFrEF (25%, on diuretics), BPH, asthma, bipolar disorder, anxiety and migraines who presented to the ED with weakness, falls and ‘mental fogginess’. Labs revealed Na 115 and K 1.9 04/01/2021 to 04/01/2022
