Learning Objectives:

1. Appreciate the populational and epidemiologic significance of pancreatobiliary cancers;
2. Discuss etio-pathogenetic factors in carcinogenesis at large, and pancreatobiliary tumorigenesis in specific
3. Appreciate the potential role of anatomic variations and reflux in chemical milieu alterations and induction of various pathologic changes including neoplastic transformation.
