- Describe the Hippo pathway and how it can mediate signals between extracellular cues and intracellular changes
- Identify the phenotype observed when Lats1/2 is lost in CC10+ve cells compared to other resident stem cells of the lung
- Describe how the changes in Lats1/2 KO mice mimics what has been observed before in certain ILDs
