Medical Doctorate from University of Maryland School of Medicine, completed general adult psychiatry residency at the University of Maryland/Sheppard Pratt Psychiatry Residency program. I have been a board-certified psychiatrist since September 2021. 
 

Objectives:

•To review the different classes of antidepressants

•To become familiar with the different indications and side effect profiles of different antidepressants

•To introduce depression treatment options outside of antidepressants

•To become comfortable with reasoning why one might choose one antidepressant over another

•To become comfortable with when to refer to a psychiatric prescriber.
