Speaker: Chief Robert Lowe; Chief of Police, Boston University Police Department, Boston University

Dr. Lowe graduated from the National Preparedness Leadership Institute at Harvard and the FBI National Academy at Quantico, Va. He is also a Marine Corps Reserve veteran and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He earned a law degree from Massachusetts School of Law in 2011 and a bachelor of science in law enforcement from Western New England University in 2006.
