The presenter, Dr. Kathy Hsu, plans on discussing unlabeled/investigational uses of a commercial product and will disclose this to the audience. Boric acid for vulvovaginal candidiasis and trichomoniasis.

Learning Objectives:

1. Doxycycline 200 mg oral dose taken within 24 – 72 hours of condomless sex (doxyPEP), reduces acquisition of syphilis and chlamydia, and to a lesser extent gonorrhea, among men-who-have-sex-with-men and transgender women with a history of bacterial STIs;
2. Counsel patients using Mass. DPH Doxy PEP webpage;
3. Prescribe it for prophylaxis as indicated.
