Primary Target Audience:

Providers, Residents, Students and Staff.  We have a multidisciplinary focus and participants includes providers from Community Health Centers, Community, Hospital and Department Faculty.

1.    Summarize and critique more of the broad range of skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary for successful practice of Family Medicine in the 21st Century.
2.    Apply best practices related to that day’s lecture
3.    Demonstrate successful completion of that lecture’s specific learning objectives
4.    Relate the day’s learning to some of the current key principles of practice.  Namely,
a.    Discuss the 6 aims of Medicine for the 21st Century
b.    Discuss future of Family Medicine Precepts
c.    Design Patient Centered Medical Home Design Concepts
d.    Discuss continuous quality improvement
