At the conclusion of this activity participants will be able to:

1.           Identify clinical and social barriers that interfere with people living in encampments engaging with care

2.           Describe the rationale for providing low-barrier transitional housing, and the key features of such housing

3.           Name at least 3 reasons for BMC to provide community-based care for patients who have SUDs
