1. Define common language and cultural aspects of the Latinx population living and aging in the US

2. Explain how social determinants of health impact the health Latinx patients aging in the US

3. Propose "Patient Priorities Care" (PPC) as a communication tool that helps approach patient centered care in a cultural congruent manner
