Learning Objectives

1. Discuss how common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) can be complicated by non-infectious complications, including interstitial lung disease (ILD), that worsen outcomes.
2. Describe the data suggesting that B cell activating factor (BAFF) and its receptors contribute to ILD pathogenesis in CVID.
3. Discuss potential mechanisms of BAFF-mediated pathogenesis in CVID.
