Learning Objectives:

- Describe autoimmune and lymphoproliferative complications in CVID and associations with BAFF cytokine elevations.

- Discuss how spectral flow cytometry reveals phenotypic differences of naive B cells in CVID, and specifically in patients with autoimmune and lymphoproliferative complications.

- Discuss single cell RNA sequencing paired with single cell B cell receptor sequencing as an effective method to analyze clonality of pathogenic naive B cell subsets in CVID.
