Attendees click on the Sign in button in the top right corner (next to technical support button)

Pop-up message appears to enter the email address registered.

Request Code for access. A unique code is sent via email (within approximately 10 seconds).
PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL/SPAM FOLDERS IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE IT WITHIN 10-20 SECONDS.

If you are not registered or are using a different email from what was registered, then you will be prompted to request access.

Once in the live event, you will be taken directly to the live content page. Introductory slides and music start streaming approximately 30 minutes prior to the live event allowing you to confirm audio and video levels and familiarize themselves with the platform features.
