The intended learning outcome for this program is that pediatric care providers in seven area clinical practices will increase their competence in employing Level 1 and 2 screening tools for children with potential autism spectrum disorder as demonstrated by 1)increased scores of self-efficacy via pre and post program evaluations and 2) reduced number of inappropriate referrals as measured via chart abstractions at the referral site.

Pediatric Care Providers including pediatricians, family medicine practitioners, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health practitioners, case managers, medical assistants.
