  • Identify BMC-specific resources for accurate BP measurement and BMC-specific referral pathways including the new hypertension center.
  • Describe the services offered by the new hypertension center, identify appropriate patients for referral.
  • Describe the diagnostic testing indicated prior to referral for patients with resistant hypertension.
