Improvement Leadership Academy 2021: Control Charts 8/26/21
The Improvement Leadership Academy is an experiential quality improvement training course provided by the QI Hub. This session will introduce control charts, another analytic tool used to display quality/process improvement data over time.

Target Audience
Mid-level clinical and non-clinical manager staff that work within the Boston Medical Center Health System.
Learning Objectives
- Differentiate between run charts and control charts using a case example
- Create a control chart with data
- Interpret run and control charts based on the rules for detecting common and special cause variation
