The Leading Change Collaborative is an experiential quality improvement training course provided by the QI Hub. 

Learning Block Content:

  • Session 1: Cost of Quality and Determining the ROI of your Project
    • Faculty: Doug Bruce, MD, MA, MSc
    • Synopsis: Overview of key financial terms and definitions; selecting an appropriate analysis based on your project; sourcing financing data, developing assumptions, and scoping your project.
  • Session 2: Sustainability
    • Faculty: Deborah Whalen, APRN, MSN, MBA
    • Synopsis: Case study of attributes of projects that sustained improvement at BMC; Conceptual domains of sustainability and planning for quality control following quality improvement.
