The Leading Change Collaborative is an experiential quality improvement training course provided by the QI Hub. 

 

Learning Block Content:

  • Session 1: Current State Assessment
    • Faculty: Deborah Gregson, MSM
    • Synopsis: Overview of process maps, driver diagrams, and root cause analysis leveraging fishbone diagrams. Technique for prioritizing Interventions.
  • Session 2: Data Acquisition
    • Faculty: Krissy Coffey, eMerge Training Manager
    • Synopsis: How to build and revise existing Reporting Workbench reports in EPIC and acquire project-level data.
