Leading Change Collaborative 2021 - 2022: Block 4

The Leading Change Collaborative is an experiential quality improvement training course provided by the QI Hub. 

Learning Block Content:

  • Session 1: Plan-Do-Study Act Cycles
    • Faculty: Lisa Caruso, MD, MPH
    • Synopsis: Designing small, iterative tests of change to build degree of belief that a change may result in improvement using the Plan-Do-Study-Act cycle. 
  • Session 2: Publishing QI Efforts
    • Faculty: Nick Cordella, MD, MSc
    • Synopsis: SQUIRE guidelines (framework for reporting new knowledge about how to improve healthcare); best practices for rigorous reporting of improvement work, and journal options.
