At the end of this activity, attendees should be able to:
- Apply clinical and laboratory genetics to patient care in both rare disease as well as common conditions that have broader population health implications.
- Identify barriers and solutions to fully integrating personalized genomics with electronic health records to improve physician decision making.
- Identify specific cases in which genetics laboratory result integration in the EHR improves cardiovascular, oncology, and chronic disease management as well as the potential future impact in other conditions, such as COVID19 care.
