Optimizing Migraine Treatment Through Performance Improvement
Target Audience
This activity is intended for neurology-focused healthcare professional teams caring for patients with migraine, including neurologists, nurse practitioners, physician associates/physician assistants, and registered nurses.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
Utilizing AAN/ICSI guidelines and measures, discuss optimized treatment for patients with migraine
Describe the various strategies for obtaining coverage for a preventive migraine treatment medication
Devise a plan for improving performance on a quality measure for migraine prevention
