NOTE: Your school entity must have an active School Health Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR) in order to delegate medication administration to unlicensed school personnel.

SHIELD courses that the RNs are required to take for MCSR approvals:

- (AUDIT) An Introduction to Medication Administration and Delegation in MA Schools - Completion of the audit version is accepted for MCSR approvals. However, only a participation certificate is provided (no ANCC credit).
